As a Behavior Therapist at Creative Kids Therapy, you will implement behavior therapy interventions based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to address challenging behaviors and teach new skills. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Certification in ABA preferred
- Experience working with children with behavioral challenges
